Outcome is a collegiate esports 1v1 competition platform. Prediction markets are the fan engagement layer that rides on top of every match, but the product is the competition itself.

Outcome is built around the 1v1 match. Every entry — bracket play, conference nights, cross-school challenges — resolves into head-to-head competition with a live broadcast and markets that follow every round.

The Collegiate Esports Program is scoped to accredited-college players. Anyone can watch, follow schools, and engage with markets. Any paired player — student or not — can also go live with Solo Live Markets outside the program.

The collegiate program is the organized league — brackets, conferences, seasons, standings. A 1v1 Showdown is the match format that powers every entry in the program. Showdowns are the atom; the program is the calendar and structure that groups them.

Settlement happens automatically once the underlying event resolves — a round ends, a match finishes, a milestone is hit. For collegiate matches, the official bracket result is the source of truth. Edge cases route to manual review and are disclosed when they happen.

Beta access opens in mid-summer 2026 to a small group of testers. Public availability follows in late summer to early fall 2026. Join the waitlist from the home page for an invite.

Only if you're competing or streaming. Fans watching from the iOS app don't need it.

Open the companion on your PC — it shows a QR code. In the Outcome iOS app, go to Profile → Settings → Companion to launch the scanner, point it at the QR, and the two connect automatically. The code is single-use and expires in five minutes.

Diamonds are the in-app currency. Earn them through activity in the app and through events; spend them inside markets, on gifts to players, and on profile customization. Full breakdown on /features.

Yes, with diamonds, while you're watching a live match or Solo Live stream. Gifts show up live for the player and on their dashboard.

No. The wallet is optional. Most fans will use the app without ever connecting one. Wallet connection is for users who specifically want to manage their balance outside the app.

Wallet connection is a one-time link from inside the app — you choose when and how to interact with it, and you can unlink any time from Wallet settings.

Outcome only collects information needed to run your account, your markets, and your stream. No third-party ad networks. The full Privacy Policy goes into specifics about categories, retention, and your rights.

Some surfaces inside the app may require identity verification depending on what you're doing. The verification flow is surfaced inside the app when relevant; you don't need to do anything before signing up.
