Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Outcome.gg, the Outcome Companion, and related services provided by ANTE Digital INC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and comply with age, identity, role, location, and feature requirements presented in the service. Some features require identity verification or a connected wallet.

Live competition and creator support

Outcome.gg supports live broadcasts, Showdowns, Solo Outcomes, League matches, gifts, tips, and creator tools where enabled. Event availability and rules can vary by account and event. Final event status, reasons, and applicable entries appear in the event receipt and Activity where available.

Event integrity

An event may be delayed, support locked, verified, completed, failed, cancelled, or voided. We may review or resolve an event when integrity, technical, safety, or policy concerns arise. A cancelled or voided event does not create a supporter credit unless the applicable event rules expressly say otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service; interfere with security, availability, or other users; evade access controls; use automation without permission; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual property; post unlawful or harmful content; harass others; or attempt to manipulate event, gift, credit, or League systems.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant ANTE Digital INC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service, subject to your rights and applicable law.

Service availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Live sources, integrations, and event states can change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
