Overview

ANTE Digital INC operates Outcome.gg, including the mobile application, desktop Companion, website, and related services. This policy describes how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide for your account, profile, creator tools, support requests, wallet-related flows, and connected accounts. We may also collect device, log, usage, stream-health, content, moderation, and transaction-record information needed to operate the service.

When identity verification is required for a feature, we collect the information needed to start that process, such as date of birth, ID country, and consent. Our verification provider handles the secure document-check flow.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service; operate live sessions, gifts, tips, event receipts, League activity, and creator tools; maintain account records; provide support; prevent abuse and fraud; comply with law; and improve reliability and accessibility.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help deliver hosting, authentication, streaming, wallet connectivity, identity verification, analytics, support, and security. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

Public information

Your display name, profile image, public broadcasts, posts, comments, and other information you choose to make public may be visible to other users. Wallet balances, verification information, contact information, and private account activity are not public by default.

Choices and requests

You can use available profile, safety, notification, accessibility, linked-account, and account-lifecycle controls in the app. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, contact privacy@playante.net.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Children

Outcome.gg is not intended for children under 13. Some features have additional age and verification requirements.
